7-day easy returns

Not the right fit? You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact.

How to request a return

• Go to My Orders and open the order.
• Contact us with your order ID and reason for return/exchange.
• We'll arrange a pickup or share return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For orders paid via Razorpay, cancellations before dispatch are refunded automatically.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, innerwear and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Questions? Reach out — we're happy to help.
